A.The low-voltage windings of oil-immersed transformer are usually wrapped in copper foil, except for copper conductor.
The high voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure to balance the ampere-turns distribution of the winding, the leakage is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the anti-short circuit capability is strong.
B.Iron core and winding each adopt the fastening measure, the height of the device, the low voltage lead and so on fastening parts all take the lock to prevent the nut, the use of the non-lifting structure, can withstand the transportation of the shock.
C.Coil and iron core adopt vacuum drying, the transformer oil adopts vacuum filter oil and oil filling process, which minimizes the moisture in the transformer.
D.The oil tank USES corrugated sheet, it has the respiration function to compensate for the change of the volume caused by the temperature change, so the product has no oil storage tank, obviously lowered the height of the transformer.
