Introduction of copper clad steel wire (CCS)

The copper clad steel wire is composed of steel core wire and tightly coated copper layer, which can be divided into 21% and 40%IACS according to the conductivity, which can be divided into soft state (A), hard state (HS) and super hard state (EHS) according to the annealing condition.

It can also produce the required conductivity and tensile strength according to the user's requirements.

The wire diameter of copper clad steel wire can be machined within 0.10mm ~ 2.00mm as per user's requirement.

After deep processing, it can be processed into silver-plated copper clad steel wire and tin copper clad steel wire.
